Welcome to GasRoute. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GasRoute website (https://gasroutes.com) and services (collectively, the "Service").

BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SERVICE.

2. Description of Service

GasRoute provides a risk management layer for on-chain transaction execution. The Service evaluates network conditions, execution risk, and provides routing recommendations.

2.1 Service Scope

We provide:

Network state evaluation
Execution risk assessment
Routing recommendations with decision confidence indicators
Observability into transaction outcomes

We do NOT:

Execute transactions on your behalf (you retain control)
Guarantee transaction success (blockchain execution is non-deterministic)
Provide financial advice or investment recommendations
Act as a custodian of your funds

3. Eligibility

You must be:

At least 18 years of age
Legally capable of entering into binding contracts
Not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law

Business Use: If you use the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain and update your information
Keep your credentials confidential
Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

4.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We are not liable for losses due to unauthorized use of your credentials.

8. Fees and Payment

Accuracy, reliability, or availability

10.2 No Financial Advice

GasRoute does NOT provide financial, investment, or legal advice. Routing recommendations are informational only. You are solely responsible for your transaction decisions.

10.3 Blockchain Risks

Blockchain transactions are:

Irreversible (cannot be undone)
Subject to network congestion and delays
Exposed to MEV (maximal extractable value) risks
Not guaranteed to succeed

We are not liable for transaction failures, losses, or MEV extraction.

10.4 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GASROUTE AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
Damages exceeding the fees you paid to us in the past 12 months

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GasRoute, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

Your use of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may stop using the Service at any time. To close your account, contact us at support@gasroutes.com.

12.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you:

Violate these Terms
Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
Pose a security risk

Upon termination:

Your right to use the Service ends immediately
We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period

13. Dispute Resolution

15.2 Severability

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

15.3 No Waiver

Our failure to enforce a right does not waive that right.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them to an affiliate or successor.

15.5 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to causes beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, cyberattacks, government actions).
